Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meetklyro.com and the AI phone, booking, and patient follow-up services provided by Klyro (“Klyro,” “we,” or “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Our services
Klyro provides AI-powered call answering, appointment booking, appointment confirmations, lead follow-up, and patient reactivation for dental practices, along with related reporting. Features depend on the plan you choose. We may update or improve the services over time.
Who may use them
Our services are for businesses. You confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms for your practice and that you are at least 18 years old.
Plans, pricing, and free trial
- Plans and prices are as shown on our website or in your order, per location, and billed monthly unless you choose annual billing.
- Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate shown.
- Where a free trial is offered, it lasts for the period stated at sign-up. We may limit usage during a trial.
- There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the services. In particular, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your practice, hours, providers, and services.
- Have any consents and permissions required by law before we call, text, or email your patients or leads on your behalf, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and to give required notices about AI use and call recording.
- Comply with laws that apply to your practice, including HIPAA and state privacy laws. Where we handle protected health information for you, the parties will sign a Business Associate Agreement.
- Review bookings and messages the service creates and keep your schedule and records up to date.
AI limitations and emergencies
Our services use artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes, mishear callers, or misunderstand requests. The service does not provide medical, dental, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of your clinical team. It is not designed to handle emergencies. Anyone with a medical or dental emergency should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You are responsible for setting up transfer rules so callers can reach your team when needed.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that Klyro may text you about your request, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to break the law, send unwanted or deceptive messages, harass anyone, interfere with our systems, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or resell the services without our written permission.
Intellectual property
Klyro and its licensors own the website, software, designs, and content, other than your own materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription. You keep ownership of the information you give us and grant us the right to use it to provide the services.
Third-party services
The services rely on third-party providers such as telephone carriers, messaging networks, and calendar and software platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers, and integration with your practice management software may depend on what that software supports.
Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will produce any particular number of appointments or amount of revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Klyro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Klyro against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your failure to obtain required consents from your patients or leads.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the services or others. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
