Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information collected automatically when you use our website.

• Contact and business details: your name, email address, mobile phone number, practice name, and how many patient calls your practice receives, which you enter on our qualification form or booking calendar.
• Booking information: the date, time, and type of demo you schedule, and any notes you add.
• Communications: emails, text messages, and calls between you and us, including recordings and transcripts of calls with our team or our demo phone line.
• Website data: your browser type, device, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information we handle for dental practices

When a dental practice becomes a Klyro customer, we process calls and messages between the practice and its patients on the practice’s behalf. That information may include patient names, phone numbers, appointment details, and call recordings. We handle it only to provide the service to that practice, under our agreement with the practice, and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. The practice’s own privacy notice governs its patients’ information. If you are a patient and have a question about your information, please contact your dental practice directly.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, qualify your practice, and schedule and hold demos.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services and website.
• To send you calls, texts, and emails about your request, when you have agreed to receive them.
• To keep our services secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.

AI voice and call recording

Klyro uses artificial intelligence to answer and place phone calls. Calls with our AI system, our demo line, and our team may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. Where the law requires it, we will tell callers that a call is recorded or that they are speaking with an AI system.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your demo request, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, or text messaging consent and opt-in data, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our customer communication and scheduling platform, telephone and text carriers, email and calendar providers, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
